We work with women around their innate biology that affords them the opportunity to fully explore the advantages of their various life cycles (menstrual, menopause, post menopause) and how this transcends into their lives. When workplaces embrace these transitions, they support women’s health and wellbeing at work and in life.
We specifically shine a light on Menopause. Employer’s engage us to help them work around the impact of Menopause on their organisation. This signifies their interest and desire to break the “taboo” around Menopause, whilst creating a safe environment to support employees during this very natural life stage.
Our experience and research tells us that workplaces who instigate open discussion and education around what this [Menopause] transition entails, experience the development of shared organisational values, beliefs and norms around the menopause shift. The benefits go further too by fostering a workforce that embodies safe and free conversation flow, a workplace rich in diversity and inclusion, the retainment of talented and valued employees and the achievement of employer of choice accolades.
Our approach is sustainable behaviour change for both women and workplaces. We advocate a multi-faceted approach starting with needs identification, outcome ideation and targeted education right through to nurturing Menopause acceptance in the workplace.
